Our planning application
We have now submitted a planning application for Sky Studios Elstree North to Hertsmere Borough Council. All of our design and technical documents, including our very special circumstances case for development on Green Belt, are now available to view on the Council’s planning portal using the reference: 22/1526/FULEI.
We have also produced a summary of our proposals and the need for this expansion which is available to view by clicking through the pages on the pdf below or as an easy print pdf here.
Our Consultation
As part of our consultation, we held a number of public events so that we were able to meet the community and receive feedback on the proposals to help shape our plans. We have created a brief summary of our consultation and how we’ve developed the plans in response to the feedback received, ensuring the benefits are truly felt by the local community.
